There's no export for wmv from After Effects on a mac. (Well not export: "make movie") Even with flip 4 mac. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Actually it looks like you can file>export a wmv, you just can't do it through make movie. Hopefully it's the same quality as a windows machine would export.

Shoot this won't work because I can't queue the "export" and I have to make tons of these WMVs from After Effects. Anyone know a way to batch export in after effects since I can't make wmv through "make movie" on a mac?
