True Life Funnies:
I was shooting an opera at the Met yesterday, and I brought the nano in with me to show my other video engineer some particularly luscious footage of a concert I shot a while ago. We were watching in the video control area of the truck, on our match monitors ($25K Sony CRTs).
After commenting to me how outstanding the pictures looked, he turned to me, pointed to the nano (which was in my hand, as I was using the play button to skip from take to take), and asked me if that was the remote control (for a large playback machine or some such thing).
You should have seen his face when I explained that the nano WAS the playback machine (and the record machine).
Best remote control I ever bought. :)
