I have only been using FCP6 and FCS2 for a few months after converting to Macs. It is only through the use of forums and online tutorials that I feel confident that I know the basics.....

When it comes to FX it seems that FCP is limitless.

I apologize in advance if I am breaking any forum rules...

I am looking for an FX plugin that creates the ubiquitous 'Flash or Flash Frame' that appears a lot on shows like CSI ? There are a lot of variations of the 'Flash', would that mean there are a number of different FX or is it easy enough to create them within FCP or Motion?

As for FX plugins in general - is it possible to create plugins or templates for picture in picture FXs like those in 24 or create the speed changing 'time revamp' like those in 300? Does anyone know where I could commission an advanced user of FCP to put together some custom FX plugins?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
