Hello all!

I am using Edius 5. I have normal graphic card (ati radeon with hdmi support) and 2 monitors connected to it with extended desktop.

I want to have both monitors connected for editing and i want to connect LCD TV to view full screen for real time editing...is there any way, I can connect this?

If I cant connect it this way, please let me know which is the cheapest solution for this.

Thanks for your answers.

Hi Ales. I don't understand why you would want to hook up an LCD TV if you are not viewing HD. Not much point really. But if you are not trying to check the video final output quality then you might as well just view it as a large window on the second computer monitor.

Hy.

Tnx for answer. I am looking for temporary solution for monitoring. Dont need to watch in HD..Now, everytime I want to preview what i did, I have to export it and watch it on tv...

So is it possible to monitor hd editing with sd mode?

Thank you.

in order to view SD or HD on an external video monitor or TV, you will need one of the following

1. HDSpark
2. HDStorm
3. Edius NX
4. Edius SP

any of the above will give you the hardware editing presets (ideal), right now you only have Generic HDV and Generic OHCI presets, not really ideal
