Thanks for posting. I just had a client who fit into a couple of those categories, and not the "dream client" category! ;) Good article....

I'd like to get those printed as posters and hung up in the "waiting" room.

Problem is, every client believes themselves to be the dream clients....just as all drivers consider themselves 'better than average'. Nice find though. Should be required reading for those of us running a service-oriented business.
