I was playing with this feature the other day and thought I would show a quick clip on what I did. Not sure why its kinda jumpy at times... so sorry about that... YouTube - Slow Motion (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mr_fk9QMCZE)

Nicely done and edited. Very appropriate music. Imagine if you had a camera that could do full quality slo motion. Just fine for YouTube.

I have a question... when you use this feature on the V1U, you cant see what its being recorded live while the slow motion is recording right? you can only see it after you stop recording, and the camera does something like a rendering type of thing and you see what you just recorded a few seconds ago.... is that how it works for you too?

If that is the case how did you follow the action while you couldnt see what you were recording because of the slow motion? you just followed by instinct? thanks!

The viewfinder and LCD display the same as in normal shooting mode.

Victor, when you use the slow motion on this specific camera, you dont see on the viewfinder what is being recorded at that moment in slow motion... you see it afterwards... at least thats how my camera works, thats why I was asking

Hugh, what camera are you using now? I was thinking about getting a Cannon 7d. What did you not like about the Cannon 5d?
