Does anyone have any advice on where to find and/or design a freelance camera job invoice? If I build it myself what should it "look like" and what should it include? I'm assuming rate, hours worked, mileage and etc. But what might the "etc." be...? I am a one woman band operating the camera, sound and lighting. Thank you so very much for your help.

do a seach for a program ABinvoice ( free = will print but not save info .. pay small$ and it will save invoice ) .. you can custom it to any job .. saves your client info ( you assign #'s to clients = 101 , 102 etc and it fills in blanks) , your info , logo ...

you list all service you are billing ...

i've seen some invoice that were created using PDF ..
