HI

I saw this sennheiser EW 501 wireless for 379 euros (costed 1184) at a shop . I was wondering whether it is usefull for recording sound for movies (nature sounds, car sounds, dialogues, ambience, screams etc etc etc). I was also wondering if this mic gives me better audio than the quality found on onboard xl1/dvx100 type of cameras. And I guess you can send the audio signal from this wireless microphone straight into the cam?

By the way, I coudln't find this microphone model on the sennheiser homepage. Must be a old model and that is why it is so cheap. mmmmmm.
