I've been using an XH-A1 (the older non "s" model) for a little over a year with Adobe CS3 on the PC. I'm considering switching to CS4 on the Mac. Can anyone give me a little guidance on workflow differences? Anything major going to change that I'll need to know about?

Do it! but I would use Final Cut... works a dream and the only difference is that it won't crash every 30 mins ; )
Seriously though you will have a slight transition between PC and mac but nothing major.

You can also upgrade to windows 7 David, if you want. The comments are really good.
If you do so, you can use some parts of your old pc and put it in the new one... You save money if you do so I guess. That's what I'm gonna do, I think.
Kind regards

No major changes in workflow, but it will take a little while to get used to the Mac way of working. My own view is that the switch is worth it. I switched in 2007 and don't regret it.
I now use Final Cut and Premiere CS4 and I'd say they're equally good, although I'm more comfortable with the FC approach.
