Hi to everybody...
I'm new proud user of this cam. I really like it, from mx500 to 170 ther's a lot of difference I can see it without any difficult.
Only few questions, I don't know this cam...
When I choose zebra 100%, I see the overexposed areas...ok no problem; but I see I the one thing is overexposed and I pan the camera, when the object is near th edge of frame the zebra disappear..it is right?By doing other test I found the zebra change if you move the camera by panning ot tilting...obviuosly I put all in manual...
th end search button works only with sony pd170 record? For example yestarday I do some test with a mindv used only for 20 minute...but I start to rec before the end of tape and I finish 1 minute before the end of lat shooting. So when I press end search, pd170 found the end of its shooting, not the real end...
Dvcam I understand should be a better format, but dvcam tape are to expensive for me...could I record in dvcam mode to a minidv tape? Doing this give some benefit?
I usually use fuji minidv tape, it's a good choicein your opinion?
thanks and bye...
