I'm sorry if this is too OT, but it has been driving me crazy. I hope it is media releated enough (the thinking being that DVI is media) to warrant posting it here.
The time zone selection on the "Edit Options" offers a selection for GMT -5 "Eastern Time". I am in Indiana near Indianapolis and the time here is in fact GMT -5.
The part that is driving me crazy is that daylight savings is being applied so the GMT -5 is actually GMT -4.
I keep finding myself late after thinking "Oh, I've got plenty of time to keep reading the forum." :)
There is no DST in this part of indiana, as wierd as that may seem. In most time-zone configurable applications you will see two selections for eastern time, like:
USA Eastern: -5 hours (Local summer -4 hours)
USA Indiana East: -5 hours
Alternately, you'll have a straight adjustment to GMT with a checkbox or the like for "DST applies".
Is there any chance the server wizard can add a timezone?
