Does anyone know if the HD1 has phantom power on the mic plug?

I wanted to use my SGM-1X with my Hosa XLR adapter, but I'm afraid of damaging the unit.

Afai remember, it doesn't. The HD10 does via the XLR handle though.

The HD1 has no XLR connectors.

The HD10 has XLR connectors which are not balanced audio and DO NOT provide phantom power

JVC does not make a mic that will work with the JY-HD10U Pro Pad. All of our mics need phantom power. So I bought an Azden SGM-1X microphone ($180) with an Audio-Technica XLR/M to XLR/F R/A cable MFG # ASP00127 ($20). The mic takes 1 AAA battery. The cable has one right angle and is short.

So I just need to use my SGM-1X with the internal battery...

Thanks, that's all I needed to know.
