View Full Version : GR-HD1 Microphone Dave Ferdinand April 25th, 2005, 11:42 AM Does anyone know if the HD1 has phantom power on the mic plug? The HD10 has XLR connectors which are not balanced audio and DO NOT provide phantom power JVC does not make a mic that will work with the JY-HD10U Pro Pad. All of our mics need phantom power. So I bought an Azden SGM-1X microphone ($180) with an Audio-Technica XLR/M to XLR/F R/A cable MFG # ASP00127 ($20). The mic takes 1 AAA battery. The cable has one right angle and is short.
