My attempts to get an EX3 1080-50i mxf (rewrap) or mp4 file directly into AviSynth (via latest DgIndex etc.) have not been successful. In the end I gave up and just transcoded the clip into Cineform, which did open easily in AviSynth. I wonder though if anyone has found a way of inputting EX footage directly.
