Tough call.
This has also been noted on dvxuser..
Note that the DVX user shots where taken (i'm 99% sure) yesterday, at NAB. so at least they are the "latest" pictures.

The answer is: the design and specs are subject to change, and may evolve further. There were two different prototypes, and there may be more. The overall design is clearly basically set, but they may fine-tune or revise at will, especially seeing as the camera won't be seeing store shelves for several months.
