Sounds like something from a Gregorian Chant album.

There was an album out a while back called "CHANT" , could be from that maybe?

I heard it in its entirety at a rock concert back in the 80's when it was played before an Ozzy song and at first I thought it was the actual beginning of the song. Then I heard it again a few days ago on this board at the beginning of a video but only the length as in the link above.

I'd contact the member who posted the video & see if they have a lead. I'm clueless (generally ... & about this).
