A bit of shameless self promotion. The documentary my partner and I
produced, and which recently was broadcast on PBS,"An Osprey Homecoming,"
has won a Finalist Award at the International Wildlife Film Festival.

Those films that won the top awards have entire governments
(Japan Broadcasting and Taiwan Public Television Service for example)
behind them and real funding.
We are very proud that our little DV 'film' shot on an XL1
and VX2000 made it to final judging in this truly world wide competition.

Wow! That's amazing, esp. given the competition. You guys must be pretty high on this.

Any nibbles yet from PBS national, or other affiliates?

We have some interest, but I don't want to jinx myself.
We'll have to see how things play out . . . stay tuned :)
