Compared to the HD1, it looks dark. On my little cabin set, you could clearly with the practicals on the HD1 but with the same lighting setup on the FX1 you can barely see anything at all. Is it just me? Has anyone else noticed this?
Aside from that I love it and could play with the focus preset all day...

As a user of the HD10, I find it really hard to believe that any camera has less sensitivity.
It must be some setting on the FX1, it should need much less light than the HD1 to get a good picture.

I'd agree -- you must have one of the ND filters engaged, or the shutter speed really high or something like that. The FX1 isn't as fast as a VX2000, but it certainly should be much faster than an HD1.

It's not an ND filter or the FStop but you know when I get back home I'll make sure the shutter speed isn't funky...
