I've been using a.pack to convert all of my audio to AC3 in order to save space and make more compatible DVDs for various palyers. All has been going well until I decided to put a short intro movie in a blank menu set to First Play, then it would target the Main Menu.
I made my m2v and AC3 files but when I started the Build/Format, I got an error message saying all audio had to be the same format, which it was. All audio used in the project was AC3.
After trying a few adjustments and re-encodes of my intro movie to no avail, I decided to just use an aiff like I used to do. It worked even though at this point I no longer had all the same type of audio files.
This defeats the purpose of using the AC3 files to get better set top compatibility when I have AC3 files and one mpg audio file for the intro.
Anyone know why I would have gotten the error message?
