Not sure if this was posted elsewhere, but here's JVC's copy of the press release (http://pro.jvc.com/pro/pr/2001/dv700wcl.htm).
This version notes "The GY-DV700WCL is currently available at a suggested retail price of $11,000, not including the lens. JVC offers a comprehensive line of CineLine cameras, accessories and projectors optimized specifically for digital cinematography."
