I'm capturing from my Sony FX1 using imovie.
It is creating a 1920x1080 image as you know...

I cannot get Quicktime to "re-flag" the files to 1440. It just does not allow me to change the values as instructed. Could it be my version of QT?

Is this the most current working workflow?

I WOULD like to use this workflow if possible since all my media is already captured.

Is the new Lumiere just recommended for output (back to camera) or is it a complete solution including capturing?

DVFilm Maker will reset it back to 1440, as well as convert it to 24P or 25P if you want.
