What kind of timescale is Canon likely to introduce a hi def version of the XL2?

6 months?
12 months?
18 months?

I guess they want to get as many sales as they can from the XL2 before other manufacturers produce a better hi def option ie one with long focal length interchangeable lenses.

This is area 51 .... this kind of title is sure to ramp up for the next little while....
