And some explanations on how the imagery is achieved (and inspired).

I get the impression of a young man excited at being in NYC and seeing the city with a newcomer's eyes. That's where some of the freshest and most creative images of any place come from. He has a good, still-developing, eye for scenes. Just a bit more fisheye than I'd expect, but hey, they are fun to use! Thanks for passing along!

Now here's one of my current favorites. Quang-Tuan Luong is a former computer science engineer, now largely a full-time photographer. He shoots with a variety of film and digital cameras including large format film.

I'll let his site and images speak for themselves. Some of the finest images I've seen anywhere in quite a while.

Actually Keith Kin Yan of Overshadowed.com has been around for a little while and is quite the accomplished photographer (I've read a few articles on him). He's also an animator. Currently he's been experimenting on this site with Fish Eye - and actually on there it says he's done with Fish Eye for a while. Also he actually bounces between living in NYC and Hong Kong, last I heard.

That Terra Galleria is wonderful!

These shots are what I just used to convince my wife that we need to move up from the Canon A-70 to the 20D for ;)
