Purchasing the XL2 in 2 weeks. Anybody have any experience with the AT825 with the XL2 + Rycote windscreen? Many thanks.

Not sure what are the technical or physical differences but I've used the AT 835B with the Rycote on the XL1. It is 14 1/2 inches long. It barely stays out of a wide shot fully dressed but it works and I'm quite happy with the sound quality for the docs I've been using it on.
