I just read the entire "Smooth Workflow" thread started by Frederic Haubrich.

I'm confused.

Is Frederic's workflow still the recommended at this time?
Nate Weaver did a follow-up. Is that the best workflow?

I also read the Frederic released a new version of LumiereHD (which was a lifesaver for me in recent months) BUT it sounds like that is just a final output tool. Is that right or is it a entire workflow?

Please help I have a pressing project. I have much of the footage captured with iMovie.

Also how do i resize in QT? I got to the menu and it would let me resize?
