Yeah, Jody rocks. But you know....regardless of what he says, there are those that have never touched the Z1 who apparently know more about it than he does. :-)

Sony liked that interview so much they've put it on their website too.

Totally off subject, but I know a Jody Elderd, but she isn't related.

Heath, Jodi is a cameraman with credits longer than both my arms put together. His "Miracle of the Passion" was a Director's Guild Emmy pick, and he's a super nice guy to boot.
He raves about the Z1, and bought a couple for himself, and has already used them for broadcast media. He is the owner of a couple F900's, and other high end cams. He was also an embedded cameraman in Iraq for ABC.

Hi DSE,

Do you happen to know who's focus puller and mattebox Jody had attached to the camera? A great endorsement for the Sony camera indeed!

Yes, it was the new Chrosziel, both box and puller. You can find them on the BandPro site.
