What the title says: any way to turn down sharpening?

While we're at it, being able to adjust contrast and saturation would be neat too.

AFAIK, the GS70 does not have picture adjustment like the DV953/GS400. Neither do the GS120/200. You might be able to unsharp the video with your editing package.
