Over the last year, I've shot a couple photos which I think are good enough to throw out into the real world in a photo contest or two.
Does anyone have any suggestions of free/easy contests to enter for kicks? Online or magazine.

Megapixel.net and steves-digicams.com have competitions with some very high quality submissions imho.

dpchallenge.com (http://www.dpchallenge.com) - several challenges per week, everyone votes on the best photos. Can be very addictive. They have free open challenges, or you can pay $25 to compete in the member's challenges.
