I generally am doing sound as well as shooting. I find the headphone cable a pain. Has anyone ever tried using wireless headphones? Is this possible with the XL-1? Do you get interference with wireless radio mics?

It should be possible if you can find battery powered stuff. I see
wireless headphones all the time on "professional Hollywood"
productions. Some portophones (right word?) have a line in and
a headphone out which you can do a similar thing with.

I think (not sure) that they are using a plain wireless system
and hook up a normal headphone to that. So the headphone
itself isn't wireless, just the system inbetween if you know what
I mean.
