Has anyone heard of or tried this tripod?

Perhaps someone did see it and compared with other types. It resembles the Libec M20, and it's probably made in China.

The price is quite low for a tripod that can take 15.4 lbs, has a fluid head and can fold to 28". Is it for real?

If it is too good..... I've never heard of this brand before. I wouldn't
buy it unless I could test it. A good tripod goes a long way to
good footage....

It looks like one of those cheap and nasty Libec ones. I would stay clear. The fluid action is dreadful.

Try and get some cheaper legs and at least a 501 head, depending on what camera you have.

Edit: I kinda skim read your post, I see now that you mentioned about the Libec bit.
