just purchased one for my G5 and it doesn't work. tried it in all the usb ports and it just will not work. wanted to kow if anyone else ran into this problem before I return it. purchased from B&h. never had any problems with their products before.

I purchased one too, planning to use with my PB G4 - FCP HD. But it wouldn't work, FCP would just freeze and would not respond to pressing of the buttons.

However, I'm using external HDDs, connected through a USB2 hub [three of them, also a mouse, a printer and anything else usb]. And I think that could have been the reason.

what exactly is the logic fcp keyboard. Are you saying a piano keyboard controller for logic? Input please

I was referring to a Apple keyboard with colored keys for editing with Final Cut Pro aka FCP [not the piano keyboard], which was manufactured by Logic.
