Suppliers for dvd material and replication

I'm sure this has been asked before so without wasting too much time, please post a link to your favorite replication facilities and dvd material suppliers(cases, discs, etc...).

I need a reliable replication facility to do long-term business with and I'm interested to see who ya'll are using (sorry for using the word 'ya'll')
