1. For file conversion the target directory is not changeable from the source directory. I found this out trying to convert files residing across a lan. It should be the capture location.

2. Allow the clips to be converted to be selectable by the check box - that way different preference can be set for different fgroups of files. 1e progressive vs interlaced, large vs small.
