I've been on the board a little while, but never posted a hello.

So hello.

I'm most a writer, but I have acquired some of my own equipment so hopefully I don't have to depend on other people to ever put one of my scripts before the lens.

I have passable shooting and editing skills, and I've worked as the B-camera on a few projects.

I have an MFA in creative writing from Antioch University, and I'm working on a couple novels (one finished, one in the final steps of revision) and I'm also currently involved writing the book and lyrics for a musical, an internet collaboration with a composer in Singapore. (gotta love the net for that sorta thing).

I think it would be interesting to shoot an Indy musical. Anyhow, if you're in the Oregon area, shoot me a mesg, there's a pretty lager community here and a pretty cool state Film Office as well.
