Hi there! I am looking at replacing the banners on my website with flv video (with animation, video samples, presetners etc) if possible. Most hosting solutions offer standard format video players, rather than anything for variable size video.

Does anyone have any advise, tips, or pointers as to how I am best to achieve this? Thanks!
