I didnt know which forum to ask this so I try here hopefully I can get somebody to help me.I have some footage shot on 16mm film and a company will telecine it and trasnfer it to hard drives in 8-bit uncompressed Quicktime MAC files.How can I edit these files on a PC enviroment on Premiere Pro??

I dont know why my question was moved to the Editing on mac since it is a question mostly editing on pc ...

Quicktime is just a wrapper. If it is uncompressed, the video itself should be fine and your PC should be able to use it just fine.

Just be prepared for very large file sizes. Are they scanning in 2K format? It's going to be a big file.
