My good friend, Kevin Maistros, who has been shooting Maverick Records group, "Story of the Year", on tour with Sony's "Lost Prophets" on the Nintendo Fusion Tour... finally got some footage online. He's been using the XL2 for the live tapings.

Nice pictures holly, I've been filming a childrens dance show this week so I know how good this camera is at picking up low light, I'll post some frame grabs later on today..............

Thanks Holly the footage looks really good.

Any chance of finding out what the settings were on the camera?

Thanks and please keep us posted of more great footage!

I'm guessing the manual lens was being used as there are some very fast zooms in the video. I don't think you can pull that off with the 20x lens servos.

You could Marty if you set up the zoom preset. It will go to the preset from wherever you are at the speed set for constant zoom via the wheel on the grip.

Just a thought.
