Hi guys, I hope you can help.

I'm based in the UK. I've just ordered a GS400 (Pal version), and am trying to find out what mic and what long life battery upgrades are available.

I need the longest life battery available, and the mic would be shoe mounted, just to pick up wedding speeches etc...

Looking on usual UK websites isn't providing me with too much help...

Any comments on experience with different DU-21 batteries? Are the non-official Panasonic batteries as good as the Panasonic ones? Any brand preferences?
