This is old news as of today--I just saw the story on television. Sorry; I'm sure many of you would've flocked to the Gem State had you known. :)
Idaho International Film Festival ran from Oct. 1-3. They claimed it was a success, so I'm assuming they'll try it again next year.

The very idea seems outlandish for this state, but then again, who would've figured on Napolean Dynamite making it to theatres?
