I am looking for a fluorescent source with a light output roughly equal to about 450-650 tungsten watts, in the price range (uh-oh) of $200-$400, to use as a soft key for interviews and such.

It would be nice to get kino-flos, caselites, or something similar, but $700-1000+ for one light is not in my price range. So far I have considered the coollights CL-SFT1 seen here:

CL-SFT1 Cool Lights Fluorescent Video Softbox Fixture - Cool Lights USA (http://www.coollights.biz/clsft1-cool-lights-fluorescent-video-softbox-fixture-p-33.html)

and the interfit digilite seen here:

Interfit | DigiLite Fluorescent Light Panel | INT612U | B&H (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/296432-REG/Interfit_INT612U_DigiLite_Fluorescent_Light_Panel.html#accessories)

I am worried that the interfit may not be enough light to use for a key.

Please add suggestions!
