I notice that when I'm shooting in higher gain and I turn on my low noise filter to the 1 setting, it shifts my color balance a little towards blue. Even if I just do this with the lens closed I can see the shift on a vectorscope just looking at the black. If I used the 2 setting, it looks to shift it even further, but I never use the 2 setting.
Is there anything recommended to compensate for this? Is there a tweak to the color matrix I would need to do or a white balance tweak?
Of course, depending on the shoot, I may not be in a situation where I could do something like that, but if it's something where I could have a different scene file ready when using the filter, that would be good. I already have a customized scene file for when I know I am going to be using the low noise filter in a high gain situation, where I adjust my black gamma to make it match the look of lower gain black gamma with the low noise filter off.
Thanks for any suggestions.
