Hi to everyone, i have just received my slightly used dvx100 camera. After 60 hours of use i feel it is time for head cleaning.
I live in North Carolina and was wondering for any in state locations where i could get professional cleaning. The goal behind this is to make a switch from wet lube Sony tapes to dry Panasonic mq tapes. I have been recommended professional cleaning for this purpose. Any replies would be greatly apreciated.

Dmitri,
I have moved your inquiry here, as I think you'll get more response concerning DVX100 service.
Call me carefree, but I'd be inclined to run a cleaning tape through the cam and just move forward with the MQ's, particularly since your camera has relatively low-mileage. The worst that will happen is that you may eventually need a professional cleaning...which you'll eventually need anyway.
BTW, I believe that all DV tapes have been using dry lubrications since the late 1990's. So the "wet-lube" issue is largely folklore.

Hey guys the link to all the authorized service centers is here

Seems like there are only two. Ken thanks for the reply but i doubt i will have the guts to run the cleaning tape through my cam. I am now looking for any place professional enough to do this cleaning. Any contributions would be gladly apreciated.

Suit yourself Dmitri. But cleaning tapes are perfectly safe and quite beneficial when used as directed. Panasonic even includes one with each DVX100.
