i recently bought Neo HD it was working fine before

but now i've just installed the blackmagic intensity card it crashed when i selected decklink as the source

now everytime i start it it crashed when the decklink preview screen thing comes up
what should i do?

Ok re-installed it and it work

but a new problem

it wont capture live from HDMI on the HV30 all the captures i play back are just blank

what am i doing wrong?
