Hi all. I've just touched down in Tucson Arizona for a few days of storm chasing. Got a great forecast for monsoon storms so I'll be putting all my kit to work capturing desert thunderstorms. I'll be using an EX1 with a NanoFlash making full use of the cache record function and 100Mb/s codec. I also have a PDW-700. Frustrating day. Tooo much rain. No amazing shots today, all spoilt by rain. Have to say I love the NanoFlash. So easy to use.

I was in Dallas a few weeks ago and shot a thunderstorm & lightning from my hotel balcony. This is a still frame from that footage.

The monsoon played ball today. Got some good footage, including a very dramatic storm that was beautifully lit orange by the sunset as it popped out lightning bolts. I have posted some clips and pictures on the blog.
