Alain Dumais August 9th, 2004, 07:26 PM Here is a very interesting software for that rotate the image at the capture . http://www.leadtools.com/SDK/Multimedia/Direct-Show-Filters/Multimedia-DirectShow-Rotate.htm There is a demo available for download Alain Brandon Adams August 10th, 2004, 01:59 AM I downloaded LEADTOOLS Multimedia EVAL 14.0 but I don't understand how to use the rotation filter... a little help? Thanks for the link btw Rob Lohman August 10th, 2004, 02:35 AM With JPEG it is possible, so in theory it should work with DV as well. I highly doubt there is anything on the market that would allow for this, though. If you wanted to make such a function you would basically have to write your own DV codec. Les Dit August 10th, 2004, 03:07 AM If you are mainly concerned with editing, I'd say just flip the image and never resave it with DV codec , just work with it. What's the final output? DVD? Or you require a separate 'flipped' copy for some reason, and you have a lot of hard drive space, just render to an uncompressed AVI. |
