After pulling my hair out over Pinnacle Studio 8 and it's horrible a/v sync problems, I'm in the market for a new DVD authoring app.

Which one(s) do you guys like to use, and what problems have you run into while using it?

I'm on a PC, but tempted to go get an eMac with a Superdrive and be done with it...

are you talking about a/v sync problems when previewing the dvd being authored, within studio 8?

I have no problems with Adobe's Encore and I had no problems with MyDVD (although it has some limitations). Good video and sound. Both encode to AC3 sound.

A mac isn't going to magically solve your problem.
