Does anyone know how many ohms the input mic on the GS100K is designed for? I'm looking at getting the Azden SGM-2X (rated at 680 ohm), and am not sure whether i need an impedence matching transformer or not.

Guy Bruner July 29th, 2004, 01:37 PM I recall the DV953's mic input as 6K ohms, but I can't seem to find that reference any more. I suspect the GS100 and other Panny cams are the same. Line input is 10K ohms. Daniel Khoo July 29th, 2004, 02:02 PM Great, thanks! Looks like i won't need it. |
