Hey all, guess I don't have to tell you my name. I live in Fredericksburg, VA and have had an interest in video ever since my family bought a video camera (one of the old big ones with a full size VHS tape) back in the 80s. I'm currently shooting with a PD170, also have a D8, and using the Adobe package to edit. I'm only doing silly little things with my kids and dogs right now, maybe I'll have the guts to enter a short in a festival one of these days. I have plans to get into sports videography and event videography but my day job takes up a bunch of time. I'm a Professional Engineer (civil/environmental) but would give it up in a heartbeat if videography could pay the bills. Anyway, enough rambling, thanks for having me. Talk to you later.
