I really searched the 3d part of the forum and have not seen any mention about YouTube 3D here.. so here's my contibution:
YouTube - Biodiversity 3D documentary ( yt3d:enable=true) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xn-0AwdCE98)

and in HD 3D on youtube:
YouTube - Biodiversity 3D documentary ( yt3d:enable=true) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xn-0AwdCE98&fmt=22)

To learn more about the new format that youtube accepts 3D video uploads in see here:
youtube 3d feature (yt3d:enable=true) - some issues - YouTube Help (http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/youtube/thread?tid=56b6f6f15dabf994&hl=en&fid=56b6f6f15dabf99400046fd856f308ad)

Regards!

P.s dont forget to choose the method of viewing that you prefer with the new 3D drop-down selector under the videos.

There have been a few posts but I suppose it is time for a dedicated thread.

I was experimenting with the yt3d tag on the weekend. Here's my quick test.
YouTube - Stereo3D Toolbox Logo 3D Test (yt3d:enable=true) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1uakl1Rp6o)

There is currently some confusion on whether the "normal" side-by-side mode for uploading is parallel or cross-eyed.

I uploaded side by side parallel and I didn't have to add the yt3d:swap=true tag for the anaglyph to work properly. Apparently this is actually a bug and will be corrected so that the normal upload format is cross-eyed (right on left.)
I made a preset in Stereo3D Toolbox called YouTube yt3d for to utilize this feature.

If you have squeezed your video from 16x9 into side by side then the yt3d:aspect=16:9 tag needs to be added.

It seems the bugs are now fixed with the yt3d tag and crossview is the "normal" upload mode (right on left side.) I confirmed it with this test (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09Gc85szWlM&NR=1). If your video is in parallel format just add the tag yt3d:swap=true

I uploaded a test using yt3d:enable=true yt3d:swap=true yt3d:aspect=16:9 here.
YouTube - Ariana Gillis - Blueberry Ocean - Stereoscopic 3D (partial yt3d test) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMW4ecKrNdQ)

You can add "&hd=1" to the end of any yt3d URL to put it into "HD" mode. "&fmt=22" also works.

Hi,

We just got our stereoscopic music video up on Youtube 3D. You can check out it here:
YouTube - Essentia - Suicide In Chinatown 3D (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIIhKaNh7Qg&hd=1)

It was shot on consumer grade Sony HD cams (AVCHD), and sync was monitored with LANC Shepherd. Post-production was done with freeware application Stereo Movie Maker.
