Does anybody have any templates for videography business invoices. I've just started getting paid for some gigs and I'd like the most professional look as possible. Thanks.

Yeah, I was wondering if anyone had templates for Weddings, Events and that sort of thing? Business templates/Contracts?

Thanks!

I use quickbooks for everything. It does billing, invoicing, prints checks, generates email/mail lists. For a couple hundred bucks it is a great program.

That's good advice, but is there any quick template less than a couple of hundred bucks, or for that matter, free?

basically i use my letterhead with an invoice number added on.

from there, i created 2 excel formulas within the Word doc that work as an itemiser and a calculator

the first is for the main product theyre purchasing, the second box for any additions, bonus', special offers etc

i also include a text blurb titled "payment conditions' detailing specifics regarding payment, such as payment due dates, quote validation dates, deposit requirements etc etc

this works well for me.

forgot to mention, this quote then forms a aprt of their contract with us (5 pages of TC's which they must sign) as well as their application form which is what our "physical" work is based on

This form includes details like names (typos are not our responsibility if they et a name wrong for eg) locations, music, style, themes etc etc

all 3 (quote, TC's, App Form ARE the contract)

I also include a Xeroxed copy of our Dolby Digital contract, as well as a Dolby Digital Tech Sheet detailing their production just for ther own reference.
