Does anyone have any experience with inserting closed captions in to a DVD project ?

I have looked at Ulead DVD workshop 2, and their online tutorials indicate that they have this feature, but when I asked technical support they replied that they do not support closed captions.

Any DVD workshop 2 users out there who can help, or can anyone recommend a package that can do it ??
